Ashley Kreze earned a Bachelor’s Degree at Laurentian University and a Master’s Degree at Yorkville University. Ashley started her private practice, Real Life Counselling in 2009, and has grown her practice nationally, with locations in Mississauga
and Vancouver. She has expertise in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and works with individuals with a range of presenting issues, including mood and anxiety disorders, transitional issues and general life struggles. She has particular
interest & expertise in working with young adults and executives.
Between counselling sessions, Ashley doubles as an Executive Development Specialist, working to bridge the gap between Millennials and Corporate by focusing on employee satisfaction, individual fulfillment, and enhanced productivity.
In addition to empowering others through direct coaching & consultation, Ashley launched the well-received television series, It’s All Millennial, discussing issues commonly faced by Generation Y, and how they can triumph over them.
Ashley offers counselling via telehealth (remote teleconference or videoconference through-out the province of BC).

Our Delivery Partner Program (DPP) services help employers access training dollars available through the Canada-BC Job Grant (CJG).
The CJG is an
employer-driven
, cost-sharing program that is designed to help employers offset the expense of employee training. The grant covers up to two-thirds of the cost of training an employee, to a government contribution of $10,000 maximum per grant.
