How much does it cost?

First, it is not an expense, but an investment. The amount invested will depend on the program chosen and whether you decide to be coached alone or in co-development. Our policy is clear: we offer guaranteed satisfaction and ROI of 10:1.

What type of results can I expect?

How long is a coaching program?

The duration of our coaching programs will vary from 6 to 12 months, depending on the program chosen. The sessions are bi-weekly running approximately 2 - 3 hours depending on the number of participants.

How much time do I have to spend on the home work outside of class time?

Our lessons are built with busy people in mind. An average lesson reading takes approximately 20 minutes.

Time you spend outside the class in this program does not affect your daily routine. In fact, it adds value to the time you spend on it and how you can benefit by making the best use of that little time you have.

My company doesn’t do much training, can I use LMIs’ services as an individual for my own personal development?

Yes, you may use LMI services for your personal development. Our objective is to set you along the optimal path to stronger leadership, which means improved performance and data-driven results. Once we have a thorough understanding of your leadership needs - whether it be personal improvement, individual employee performance enhancement or company-wide reinforcement - we’ll align you with the development programs that will best help you achieve your goals.

What if I have to miss a session?

All conference dates are pre-planned. In order to maximize the process benefits, 100% attendance and participation is critical, therefore you should plan other meetings, activities and vacations around these conference dates. LMI will do a courtesy catch up session for a participant.

Do you offer individual coaching or team coaching?

We offer both individual as well as team coaching. One on one coaching represents about 1% of our entire work with clients.

Our specialty at LMI Canada is working with companies in-house, on their premises, so that we can use our fully customized approach to present and teach our material to all management levels, including executive, supervisory and sales. Our private, in-house clients make up 90% of our leadership development work and as such, these sessions are not displayed in our calendar.

The balance of our work represents the other 9% of our work and is open to anyone interested in enhancing themselves to their full potential. As an executive, decision maker, or even just somebody who wants to bring balance and achievement to their personal and family life, we invite you to test our process by enrolling in one of our public programs and experiencing one of our developmental programs first hand. What is the “Win-Win Statement” meeting?

Together with the client, we develop a Win-Win Agreement. This is a written statement that clarifies objectives, goals and tracking methods to ensure each participant understands the expectations of their participation.
