With 15 years of experience in organizational leadership, professional sales, marketing, communications, and project management, Amy began coaching senior and executive level leaders in 2016.
Amy prides herself on performance excellence by working with leaders and organizations to realize more of their potential. Amy has led transformational change by enabling infrastructures to enhance a range of capabilities for people within organizations.
As part of Amy’s commitment to community service, she is pleased to support Junior Achievement New Brunswick, the New Brunswick Association of Community Living and the Alzheimer Society of New Brunswick. In her professional community, Amy is a member
of the Wallace McCain Institute and shares in their vision to enhance New Brunswick’s economic reach.
Recently, Leadership Management International (LMI) awarded Amy with the World Rookie Licensee of the Year (2020), and Facilitator of the Year for the Americas (2020).
Amy lives in her hometown of Fredericton, NB and is grateful for time spent with her husband and two sons.

This award recognizes the new Rookie Licensee with the greatest total number of sales. This award is presented to the new Licensee who best exemplifies professionalism, sales productivity, and manpower development. To qualify, a Licensee must have been
in our organization for at least six months and not more than two years.
The Facilitator of the Year award is presented to that Facilitator, Licensee, or Sales Associate who achieves the greatest success in facilitating our programs with their clients. Selection is based on results, resales, referrals, and client testimonials.
The Rookie Licensee/Distributor of the Year award is presented to the Licensee/Distributor who has demonstrated an outstanding performance in the initial stages of developing an organization. This award recognizes the Licensee who has quickly joined the
ranks of our organization by embracing our unique concept and demonstrating upmost professionalism. To qualify, the recipient must have been associated with our organization for at least six months and no more than two years.
