Chris joined the LMI team in 2022 as an associate and brings along his proven leadership experience, passion and supporting nature to help others achieve their personal and business goals.  Chris operates out of Fredericton and serves all of Atlantic
Canada.

Chris has over 13 years of combined leadership and managerial experience in the private sector while owning and operating a small business along with a leadership role in the fire service.  Leading a team in emergency situations with the fire department
and leading a team of over 35 employees in the customer service industry has contributed to the success Chris has achieved over the years and has contributed to his passion of helping others succeed in whatever they may do.  Chris has a high level
of organizational, policy implementation, personal management and personal development skills.

Chris is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick with an Arts Degree majoring in Psychology and Sociology and also a graduate of the Firefighting Program from Holland College.  Chris has continued his education throughout the years by taking
courses in leadership, business and in different areas of firefighting.

Chris believes learning is a life long journey and has a strong desire to share knowledge and proven strategies to help people get on the right path to successfully achieve their full potential.
