Rana graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Education from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. She has numerous professional and development training from situational leadership by Ken Blanchard to communicating as a leader at McGill international executive institute to organizational leadership by Stephen Covey, to name a few.

Working and leading national teams for reputable brands such as Mexx, Victoria Secret, Gap, and Lucky Brand jeans, Rana has managed over 200 million in sales. She is an accomplished Sales and operation executive, recognized as a brand ambassador and most inspiring individual. Rana has touched many facets of business, from operational and executional aspects to hiring and managing high performing sales team, site selection and branding strategies. She has gained first hand insights in developing and driving business in today`s high competitive retail landscape.   

A passionate leader with over 20+ years of retail experience, she is committed and determined to coach and develop managers in to modern leaders. Dedicated to success of the company and people she works for, with hands on approach she works alongside managers as a true partner.
