Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, Anick Santerre is passionate about business, self-improvement and performance. She supports leaders like herself who are spontaneous, go-getters and creators, to focus their efforts on reaching and exceeding their goals with LMI programs. She excels in supporting small to medium size businesses in succession and growth situations and even in more difficult times. With an altruistic heart, Anick cares for the people she meets and manages to pass on her passion and knowledge.

She studied to be an engineerand began her career in the family business, Santerre Électrique where she worked with her father. Starting in 2005, she received a coaching based on LMI programs and achieved many of the goals she set for herself. It helped her to multiplies by eight the turnover of the construction company. Her achievements will also allow her to go through a major storm: a serious accident that makes her loses her main working partner, her father. Anick had to take over the family in the field of construction and retail a little faster than expected. She was able to excel because the family business was awarded the Enterprise of the Year award at the PME gala in 2008 and 2010. In 2012, she received the businesswoman of the year award. Having been able to surround herself well, she succeeded later, with success, the sale of family businesses in 2013.

She now has 20 years of management experience, primarily in family businesses in the construction, retail and property management sectors.

Today, she sits on several boards of directors and she has her own consulting business with her family and she realizes every day her dream of guiding her clients to success. That's why her coaching team, K2 LMI, won the 2018 North American Rookie of the Year Award in Leadership Management International.

Jonathan Foster

Visionary manager, intuitive and driven, Jonathan Foster coaches entrepreneurs and leaders who have strategic positons to achieve their objectives through the effective and proven tools of the LMI programs.

From the young college hockey player who started his own small business to the Vice-President of Operations of an enterprise of 200 employees, Jonathan Foster has in 20 years of a career been helping to grow businesses for which he has been committed to.  He is a technician, but moreover an experienced manager:  Project management, operations, human resources, sales and strategic development.

Having himself grown with the LMI programs, he knew how to strategically and effectively develop the growth of a family business, thanks to his vision and the remarkable management of his multidisciplinary team.  The clients were among such companies as Hydro Quebec, Aloca and Tata-Steel.  Furthermore, he has played a key role in the preservation of the enterprise in a period of two major crises and during the successful sale of this last and of its subsidiaries.

Today consultant, Jonathan Foster takes pleasure in creating a partnership with his clients to coach them in the intense (rush) work periods and revel with them the satisfaction of the accomplished work and in the achievement of the objectives.

Jean-François Larose

Jean-François Larose BA est coach d’affaires professionnel, formateur et conférencier expert en développement des affaires et en développement du potentiel humain.

Il est le fondateur de Persona Coaching en 2009 et membre de l’ICF (International Coach Federation) ainsi que formateur agréé par Emploi-Québec. Il est également Bachelier en communication et relations publiques (BA) de l’Université Laval avec une scolarité en administration des affaires dans la concentration management et marketing. Il est également certifié Praticien Avancé en PNL.

Il possède plus de vingt (20) années d’expérience en vente et marketing ainsi qu’en formation et service à la clientèle, entre autres, dans des secteurs d’activités variés tels que : les technologies de l’information, la distribution de produits biologiques et équitables, la publicité numérique, le vêtement promotionnel et les communications marketing etc.

Il est aussi chef d’entreprise depuis 13 ans et l’animateur des formations et conférences «Devenez un vendeur d’élite», «Développez votre clientèle en maximisant votre temps» « Maximiser vos ventes en maîtrisant votre temps» et «Gestion des priorités».

En outre, il accompagne les propriétaires et dirigeants de PME, les travailleurs autonomes ainsi que les professionnels de la vente afin de les aider à augmenter leur clientèle et leur chiffre d’affaires et à mieux gérer leur équipe de vente. Il les accompagne aussi afin de commercialiser plus efficacement leurs produits et services.

De plus, il aide également les entrepreneurs, dirigeants et gestionnaires à développer leur leadership et leur style d’influence de même qu’à mieux gérer leur temps et leurs priorités et ainsi améliorer leur rendement et celui de leur équipe.

Pierre Roy

Pierre is passionate about entrepreneurship, he has been self-employed for more than 22 years at the head of the company he founded in 1997.

He retired at the age of 55, just as he had planned.

To his great happiness and pride, his daughter Marie-Pierre took over his business. Thanks to a well-structured plan, both human and financial, the transfer of the company was a total success.

Today Pierre enjoys life while staying close to his passion for entrepreneurship, he sits as president on a board of directors, he is a member of the Réseau M as a mentor which gives him the chance to work with three young entrepreneurs "It allows me to give back to the next and relive with them the excitement of starting or continuing a project. Pierre has also received the 'Mentor d'Exception' award for the Côte-Nord region.

Of course, he maintains a close relationship with his daughter, now CEO of his company.

During his career as an entrepreneur, Pierre took advantage from the benefits of LMI's programs. Indeed he completed two programs, one in 2005 and the next, with his daughter Marie-Pierre in 2010. "At the time I thought I would give myself a gift. But in reality these programs have transformed my way of being and acting which has greatly improved many aspects of my business.
