You are probably organised and effective. Now is the time to continue "raising the bar" in your life. Have you begun the process of developing the other people in your organisation? Modern business demands leadership at all levels. You can accelerate the process by becoming a Total Leader®. You are half way there. The next step is to complete Effective Motivational Leadership. In the meantime try some of these tips:
  • Pick someone in your organisation to mentor
  • Develop a new talent
  • Celebrate the successes in your life
  • Give something back to the community

Your score of [[Score]] places you in the middle category for this self-assessment. You probably have a picture of what you want from life and take some action to try to get there. Perhaps you have goals in some areas of life, but not all. You may have goals in all areas of life but only work on some of them. You are committed to your goals but would benefit from increased desire, determination and confidence. Perhaps you have a tendency to compare yourself with others as opposed to your progress towards achieving your potential. The LMI Effective Personal Leadership program may be just the thing to help build on your strengths and start increasing the use of your potential. We regularly hold open programs. In the meantime some of the following tips may help:
  • Get rid of one or two needless tasks and replace the time spent on exercise
  • Commit to spending a minimum (and small) amount of time working on one of the areas that you tend to neglect.
  • Find a new way to develop your mind
  • Use positive self-talk to boost confidence

This may indicate that you are rarely satisfied with your own progress and may feel stress and about a variety of things. It is likely that you have hopes and dreams but rarely seem to spend time working on them. Instead your schedule seems to be determined by outside influences. You probably lack a bit of self-confidence andneed to work on your self-image. We recommend that you enrol in a program that helps you identify and begin working towards the things in life that you consider important. Our Effective Personal Leadership program is the ideal vehicle for this type of work and we regularly hold public or open programs. In the meantime some of the following tips may help: For someone in the low category of this assessment we recommend enrolling in a formal, results driven personal productivity improvement program. Naturally we believe ours to be the best and would love to hear from you. In the meantime here are some tips to improve your time management:
  • Get rid of one or two needless tasks
  • Commit to spending a minimum (and small) amount of time working on something important to you on a personal level.
  • Say "no" more often
  • Use positive self-talk to boost confidence
