Terry Fearon founded his LMI Canada business and has served as President since its’ incorporation in 1999. Terry is based in Fredericton and operates throughout Atlantic Canada.
To his consultative and executive coaching roles, Terry brings over twenty-five years of personal, organizational and leadership development. He has enjoyed senior management roles in Canada and the U.S. with Canadian Pacific Ltd., Chrysler Corp. and
CSX International. During that time he has received numerous business and leadership awards including Chrysler’s Director’s Award 1996 (Recognition of Excellence) and LMI’s 2002 Motivator of the Year for Canada.
Terry was one of the founding content architects of University of New Brunswick’s Renaissance College (Leadership Studies Degree) as well as Leadership Fredericton. He remains active with both. He is also involved with Chamber, Enterprise and business
association events throughout the Atlantic Region. Church duties and other charities also keep him occupied. Education includes Civil Engineering at UNB and Industrial Engineering at Humber College.
In addition to his strong desire to serve people and help them achieve, Terry’s secret to success is spaced repetition, tied to personal, value-driven goals which are linked to specific action plans spread over a period of time. This guarantees measurable
