Rising through the ranks at a young age in the Automotive Industry, winning numerous National Awards with Mercedes-Benz Canada (Presidents Circle), BMW, Lexus, and eventually running several high profile Dealerships for 25 years in and Surrounding Downtown Toronto with measurable success and highly desirable outcomes…   He had a spark of self betterment burning inside, and after some deep soul searching and reflection, Ron came to LMI and invested in himself to improve his Leadership and Management skills.  He completed a comprehensive 6 month LMI program.  The results were so profound and life changing…He enthusiastically decided to join our team.   Spreading the opportunity to others, to fulfill their dreams, both business and personal.  To become the best possible version of  themselves they can be.  His facilitation style is described as “Energetic” and with deep rooted knowledge in the Emotional Intelligence field, he will ensure you make the most of your time spent with us.  In his leisure time, he is also very focused on his personal growth with a huge emphasis on family, fitness, and diet.  His passion is watching and playing Soccer.  He also enjoys:  Cycling, Boxing, Running, Traveling,  Nature, and Cars of course.
