Matt’s connection to leadership development runs deep. He completed his first program with LMI Canada in 2010 and has taken several since—earning his unofficial reputation as a long-time LMI super fan. This firsthand experience fuels his work at Slight Edge Group, where he brings a genuine passion for helping others grow through the same transformative principles that shaped his own development.

Matt is also the Co-Owner of SMART Human Resource Solutions Inc., Co-Owner of Slight Edge Group Inc., and a licensed partner with LMI Canada.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resources and Economics from the University of New Brunswick, along with certifications in change management, Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt), and professional recruitment.
