Jody had 20 successful years in leadership positions for organizations like Wardair and The Globe and Mail. The last 29 years, as a consultant, coach and trainer, Jody’s success comes from defining what motivates and fulfills his clients at their core in ways that can be used to improve their fulfillment and effectiveness, therefore growing themselves and their desired success.
He is an accomplished and solutions-oriented business leader with significant strategic planning, problem-solving and coaching skills across a wide variety of initiatives and industries. An articulate program management professional with strong abilities in providing strategic leadership, communicating new program requirements and developing efficient procedures within team-centered units. He has held interim roles as Director of Information Technology, Director of Performance Management, Senior Project Manager, Sales Manager and Manager of Human Resources and Recruiting.
In addition to his consulting practice, Jody is part-time faculty at Conestoga College where he teaches Management and Leadership Skills and other courses at the School of Business.
Jody is also proud to be the Chair of Community Services for the Rotary Club of Burlington Lakeshore who runs Canada’s Largest Ribfest each Labour Day Weekend.
