A results-driven leader with a passion for adding value, Gord possesses a unique blend of experience in sales (B2C and B2B), marketing, operations, and organizational change management. He has successfully led teams in dynamic environments, ranging from international organizations to medium-sized national companies and regional start-ups. Gord has developed expertise in multiple industries, including CPG, manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, and client services, driving growth and operational excellence.

L3 Solutions – a company focused on life-long learning and development – was founded in 2016 by Gord and his wife Krista. While Gord continued his corporate career, Krista took the reins and with years of classroom experience as an educator, focused L3 Solutions on the public sector (primary Education). Having experienced firsthand the results of the LMI system, Gord has joined L3 Solutions full-time, combining his 25 years of experience with LMI’s proven system and programs to help people achieve their full potential.

A proud husband and father, Gord lives an active lifestyle in Mississauga. Having a love for the outdoors, the Carters explore the natural beauty of Ontario and Quebec in the summer and hit up any ski slopes they can find in the winter. Gord also trains Kung Fu, loves obstacle course racing, music (though he does not play any instruments… yet), books and movies (stories of any kind really), and philosophical debate. He is currently building a personal goal to get back into fine arts.
