TOTAL LEADER SOLUTION

A question that we hear often in the business world, and really the world in general, is “What makes a leader?” For some, the answer is simply “The person who takes charge.” If anything though, our world has taught us that for a leader to be effective, there’s more to it than that. True leaders, Total Leaders, excel in all aspects of leadership, and organizations filled with Total Leaders excel at what they do.

If you’ve made it this far, you’re likely looking for help to become the leader you envision. You’re likely already in, or are about to be in a position of leadership, and want to help yourself grow so that you can help your team grow. If that’s the case, we are ready to guide you through the process with your Total Leader Solution program.

The Total Leader Solution is built of smaller pieces working together in one ecosystem to touch on every part of leadership, allowing you to become the leader you know you can be. Broken up into four parts, the program touches on:

Personal Productivity:

The foundation of all effective leadership is personal productivity. How you handle your work will, and does, have an effect on those you work with. Our development process will help you learn to set and achieve goals, communicate more effectively, and become a team player.

Motivational Leadership:

Motivation, or the lack of it, and make or break a team. Many leaders lack the traits to execute motivational leadership, but with our program, we’ll enable you to increase innovation by helping you and your team understand what it takes to become an effective motivational leader, create winning teams that can evolve in the business world, and establish an organization of leaders.

Personal Leadership:

The core of an individual’s character, and a quality that’s exemplified when a person represents their organization in the outside world. It’s also how they interact with others inside the organization. How you view yourself, and motivate yourself, are key to how you perform, respond, and lead.

Strategic Leadership:

How do you define and develop the purpose of your organization? How do you determine its key strategies, choose the right people for the right jobs, and oversee what needs to be done to be successful? In strategic leadership, we’ll help you clarify your strategic purpose, complete a comprehensive strategic assessment, create your strategic development, and implement your strategic execution.

With these four cogs of the Total Leader Solution program working together, LMI  can help you move to the next level of leadership.

LEADERSHIP 3-2-1 – PERSONAL LEADERSHIP

1. Success requires action. Before you can have, you must do. Before you can do, you must become. Write down five things you want to accomplish tomorrow. Then, each day for an additional five days, make up such a list. This is your first action step in forming the habit and attitudes of goal setting and becoming.
