Throughout the last century, women – from all walks of life – have transformed their roles both in and out of the workplace. The strides made in the last 100 years have amounted to formidable successes and boundless opportunities. Without a doubt, women will make more progress using their full potential in the next 50 years than they have in the last 500.

While women have redefined their roles and have secured unprecedented leadership opportunities, the overpowering focus remains to be that of establishing a balanced life. The harmony between values and growing ambition is the central focus of the Leadership for Women program. Through the ten phases, you will learn how to break through the restraints of negative conditioning in the workplace and realize your potential for leadership.

LMI’s Leadership for Women program is designed to help you overcome past conditioning, redefine your self-restrictions and enrich your self-concept as a leader.

Like all of our developmental programs, your road to stronger leadership opportunities as a woman begins with an introduction to the basic concepts of the LMI Process and our developmental approach. Your complete buy-in to the notions of multi-sensory learning, spaced repetition and the power of goal setting is vital to successfully completing the program. Additionally, our personal and job related goal planning sheets and goal tracking systems will ensure that you always know where you stand and how much you’re improving.

As we delve into the specific phases of the Leadership for Women program, we will examine the new, redefined leadership roles, your untapped – and unlimited – potential, as well as discover how to appropriately tackle the challenging effects of past conditioning. Subsequently, your focus will progress into strengthening your self-image, refining your self-motivation, and establishing goals that find the harmony and balance between family and work.

Once you establish a strong foundation for self-leadership, we will explore the art of empowering others. In the final phases you will see that trust and respect go hand in hand as a successful leader, and that time-management, communication, and persuasion are vital to breaking down the psychosocial barriers of the past.

Finally, your twelfth phase in the program focuses on continuous, personal fulfillment as you hone your skills as a thriving leader in both your personal and work spaces.

LMI's programs follow a developmental process, and our Leadership for Women program may be a great way for you to achieve your current goals. The most important aspect of any of our programs is you; your level of engagement and participation will go a long way in determining your success. Most successful LMI partners begin with an Effective Personal Productivity Showcase session to gain an understanding of the process and how our programs will specifically cater to your needs. Too many organizations undervalue the most important factor of success - their employees. The people within a company not only deliver products and services, but they also form the identity of the company itself. The Profile Evaluation System (PES) is an exceptional tool that characterizes individuals on a number of psychological traits that are important for job performance. By using the PES to hire and promote individuals who will help lead the company forward, organizations will quickly learn the value of their employees. Discover more about the PES and how it can help your organization.
